Simone Charlemagne2023-10-20I've been going to Neetu's spa for the past few months. When I first went, I had thick eyebrows, but they were not identical and had no shape. Neetu, the main owner lady took on the project of my brows and have shaped them to keep my thickness but develop shape over time and make them the same length. She did a great time every time. I have gone to about 5 sessions and she fixed my brows for good. I got every 2 weeks and even at the 2 weeks mark the shape and outline is still there. Recommend going here to salvage your brows.
Maria Fresques2023-09-27My favorite facials are ones that are results-driven on top of being relaxing. Neetu's Customized facial did exactly this! I'm not sure if my skin has ever been this soft and glowy (and I do get regular facials). I flew across the country yesterday (from a very arid climate) and I came in with very dry and dehydrated skin. This facial does microderm first, so that the dead skin is gone when she goes in with the Vitamin C/ Hyaluronic Acid and pure oxygen. The combo of the dead skin being gone + the oxygen pushing the Vit C/HA deeper into the skin is glowy, hydrated, plump looking skin! Neetu also has such a calming energy - she put me at ease right away (even though I've been extra stressed this week). I think I might have fallen asleep during the mask section, because I was so relaxed. It was exactly what I needed before a big event tonight. If you are in the Columbus area (or in town for an event like me) - run, don't walk, to Neetu!

She took her time and was extremely patient with me through the process. She did an amazing job and my brows look amazing! I have already scheduled to go back for a facial! 10 out of 10🤩
Princess G2023-07-01I never write reviews and I definitely should have read these last two recent reviews before going to get my eyebrows done on 7/1/23 (1:00 pm) because I just had a bad experience with the person they are talking about in the reviews. I've come here previously but this visit was the worst! The young lady who did my eyebrows messed them up so badly that for the next two weeks I will have to shade them in until they grow back. She was also disrespectful to me!!!! Quality and customer service is at an all time low and I will have to just do my best moving forward to make time for Dipu at Ginger's Salon!

Made an appointment today just to get there and is told their not doing the service I needed. Too many back to back mishaps.
